Christmas card,  paper flowers,  puff paint,  Tonic dies

Snowy Christmas wreath card

Hello everyone, I hope you are all well? Life has been getting in the way lately meaning not much time to craft but I’ve enjoyed creating today!

Today I have made a Snowy Christmas wreath card having rediscovered my Jones Tones puff paint…I forgot how much fun this is to use!

This is not a complicated card to make. The hardest part is die cutting all the elements.

To make this card you will need:
6×6 card blank
2 sheets of patterned paper
Tonic Christmas wreath die
various leaf dies
Mullberry paper flowers
Pearl stamens
Red berries
gold bead chain
Gold mirror card
Kraft card
Teal mirror card
faux pine branches
Jones tones white puff paint
heat gun
die cutting machine
wet & hot glue

How to make it:

Cut a piece of patterned paper slightly smaller than card base and distress edges with scissors. Glue this to the card base.
Cut 2nd piece of patterned paper smaller than base layer to leave approx 1cm border all the way around. Distress edges with scissors and glue to base layer.

Next cut 3 wreaths from kraft card and glue on top of each other to give a thicker embellishment. Glue to card front.

Next die cut numerous leaves in both gold & teal card and glue randomly to wreath. Attach paper flowers, faux pine branches, berries & gold beads to the wreath.
Randomly drop puff paint over elements of the wreath and activate with heat gun (please be careful when heating close to berries and faux pine as they will blister …I don’t want any fires!).

The card is now ready for your chosen sentiment.

Thanks for popping by.
